Foot Control, Multi Brand #704NS-WHITE
Simply take your old power cord and remove it from your current foot controller (the bottom piece of your foot controller should either pop-off or can be screwed off), pop the bottom off of this one and attach the power cord to the receptacles, then reattach the bottom piece. This is a single speed foot control.
