At SewingMachine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your machine or accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the item back in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, foot pedals, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the machine, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
